Our Drivers

We assure all of our drivers go through a rigorous onboard process,
ensuring the best possible safety for your child.

All of our drivers must:

Pass a physical exam from a licensed Physician.

Pass a drug test prior to employment and several times a year.

Be CPR certified.

Received an approved background check; including a criminal background
and the sex offenders database reference check.

We don’t want to add any more stress to your plate; therefore we offer affordable rate options that will meet your needs.

With our services, we require a one-time non-refundable Enrollment fee. This fee is in place to ensure we maintain the highest level of care and is to maintain the state of the art safety and monitoring equipment.

How do I start services?

Step1: To get your child registered for transportation services, please start by selecting your Package and choose the transportation option that best fits your needs.

Step 2: Complete and submit the enrollment and reservation form. Once your trip is approved you will receive a confirmation and a invoice along with link to pay via email.

Step 3: Welcome package will be sent with more information about your child’s transportation.

How do I communicate with Care Cabb Kidz staff if need to update, modify, or stop transportation services?

We understand things can change quickly with schedules. We ask that you contact us 48-hours in advance of any changes so that we can properly plan our transportation routes.

You can always reach us at: Telephone: 1-844-CARECABBY or Email: info@CareCabb.com. For the quickest turnaround or for changes that occur less than 24-hours from pickup time, please call our staff directly.

What are your hours of operation for transportation services?

Currently, we offer transportation during the hours of 6:00am – 8:00pm only for the pickup and drop-off locations listed under our Services.

Do you provide weekend transportation?

At this time, we do not provide weekend transportation.

What are the age requirements?

We service school aged children between the ages of 5-17 years old. Please note, seating on our buses will be based on your child’s age.

What areas in the Charlotte-Metro area do you service?

At this time, we service North Charlotte, Concord, and Harrisburg. If you would like to submit a request for other service areas, please contact us.

When will my payment be due?

All payment is due at the time of booking your child’s transportation package.

Will I receive an invoice?

Yes, an invoice will be provided immediately upon receipt. If you misplace your invoice, please contact us to request.

What is your safety policies for COVID-19?

Currently, we are following all North Carolina rules and mandates for COVID-19. At this time, we do recommend all children and drivers wear masks; although not required.
Before and after each ride, our driver will clean and sanitize the bus following CDC recommendations.
If your child is feeling ill, displaying any related COVID-19 symptoms, or has been exposed to someone with COVID-19, please call us to cancel your transportation routes immediately.
All of our buses are equipped with hand sanitizer, surgical masks, tissues, anti-bacterial wipes, and gloves.

What is your cancellation policy?

All costs for services are paid in advance, and unfortunately we’re unable to refund or credit any payments.
When choosing your child’s route, please be mindful of our cancellation policy before choosing your package.
